Okay, this is just evidence of my total geekery, but apart from the glee of selling a poem to these people yesterday, I had another bit of glee today.
Background: I'm in a totally awesome RP called The Victorious. I play a whore named Liz. She's a great deal of fun. Just recently, her kindasortawe'remaybeinlovebutwewouldneveradmitit guy got killed, and she got to find the body, in a bit of writing I was justifiably proud of. There was then a sort of dream-sequence with the guy's player. Generally good times all around, and I posted the thread as a solo.
Result?
The GM sent out an update in which he recommended my thread (along with a couple others) as one to read, saying this:
"Some fantastic character work and a very tender and sad scene overall. Most of
you have read this already, but give it a look. There's Plot, as well as
entertainment value. "
